Position Overview

As an HR Specialist, you will serve as a vital resource for both employees and management, addressing inquiries and processing requests in alignment with legal standards and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Support – Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for HR-related questions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • HR Management – Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, from onboarding new hires to managing offboarding processes, while maintaining accurate personnel records and tracking employee attendance.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding – Facilitate the recruitment process for the production site and administrative functions, including conducting interviews, drafting employment contracts, and coordinating the onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Process Improvement – Embrace a proactive approach to HR, collaborating across departments to enhance processes and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background – A degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent professional training.
  • Professional Experience – Demonstrated experience in HR, particularly in administrative roles.
  • Essential Skills – A strong commitment to managing the employee lifecycle, proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with labor laws, and knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
