About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personnel Specialist to join our team at Radeberger Gruppe. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our employees and management team on all personnel-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance on personnel-related issues, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies and processes to drive business growth and improve employee engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address HR-related issues, ensuring a proactive and solution-focused approach.
- Provide training and development opportunities to employees, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other HR software applications.
