Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Manager Customs, der unsere Kunden bei den Herausforderungen der Zukunft unterstützt. Als Teil unseres Teams im Bereich Indirect Tax Services wirst du die Beratung unserer Mandanten in allen Fragen des nationalen und internationalen Umsatzsteuerrechts sowie im Zoll-, Außenwirtschafts- und Exportkontrollrecht übernehmen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Wir berätst und betreust nationale und internationale Mandanten in allen Fragen des Zoll-, Außenwirtschafts- und Exportkontrollrechts.
  • Die umfassende Beratung und Projektleitung in verschiedensten Projekten, u.a. Einführung von Compliance Management-Systemen / ICP im Bereich Zoll- und Exportkontrolle übernimmst Du ebenfalls.
  • Du berätst unsere Mandanten zur effizienten Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation.
  • Du betreust Unternehmensabspaltungen und Fusionen hinsichtlich zoll- und außenwirtschaftsrechtlicher Implikationen.
  • Du begleitest Außenprüfungen durch die Zollverwaltung.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Mandanten bei Rechtsbehelfs- und Klageverfahren sowie Straf- und Bußgeldverfahren (teilweise in Zusammenarbeit mit KPMG Law).
  • Du führst interne und externe Akquisemaßnahmen, u.a. Vortragstätigkeiten und Publikationen durch.
Dein Profil
  • (Senior) Manager (w/m/d) Customs & Trade wirst Du bei uns mit einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studium als Diplom-Finanzwirt/-Finanzwirtin der Bundeszollverwaltung oder der Wirtschafts- oder Rechtswissenschaften mit den Schwerpunkten Europäisches Wirtschaftsrecht, International Law and Business oder Steuerrecht.
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (mind. 5 Jahre) in den relevanten Schwerpunkten in der Zollverwaltung, Industrie- und/oder Beratungsunternehmen.
  • Du besitzt ausgewiesene Fachexpertise im Zoll-, Außenwirtschafts- und Exportkontrollrecht.
  • Idealerweise konntest Du bereits Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung sammeln.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du besitzt eine ausgeprägte Team- und Mandantenorientierung sowie Freude an der Akquise.
  • Reisebereitschaft bringst Du ebenfalls mit.
