About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at OVHcloud. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the adoption and satisfaction of our customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trustworthy relationships with your portfolio of customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are incorporated into product development.
- Act as an advocate for the customer within OVHcloud, driving customer loyalty and reducing churn.
- Provide training and resources to help customers get started with our products and services.
- Assist customers in adopting or growing their usage of OVHcloud's services, reducing time to value from their investment.
Your Future Impact
In 6 months, you will have completed onboarding and training, managed a portfolio of customers, and monitored action plans and results. You will also contribute to internal projects and team meetings.
In 1 year, you will have developed and enforced customer interactions, become a CSM Referent, led international OVHcloud initiatives, and undertaken loyalty initiatives with the product and marketing team.
Requirements
- Customer-centric approach with demonstrable experience in customer-facing interactions.
- Experience in the Information Technology field, with knowledge of cloud, network, operating systems, storage, and/or virtualization.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, eloquence, enthusiasm, and commercial flair.
- Communication skills in German (C1) and English (B2 level required).
- Dedicated and able to have a positive impact on internal and external contacts.
- Able to evaluate and control risk, and manage conflict situations.
- Organized, disciplined, and team-oriented.
- Able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and take initiative.
- Curious mind and comfortable with financial concepts, communication, and CRM.
