Senior Cash Management Sales Manager

Societe Generale is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cash Management Sales Manager to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling Payment & Cash Management Services to our key clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sell Payments & Cash Management products and services, including bank accounts, virtual account structures, domestic and international means of payment, electronic banking channels, liquidity management solutions, and credit facilities.
  • Be the key sponsor of client Cash Management proposal creation and responses to domestic and international Request for Proposals (RFP).
  • Liaise closely with Client Service Teams to ensure successful on-boarding/implementation and/or addition of new products and services.
  • Monitor and update deals in CRM tool to ensure perfect communication with all stakeholders.
  • Comply with risk, regulatory, and compliance obligations at all times.
Requirements
  • University degree in economics, finance, or business administration, or a bank apprenticeship with advanced training.
  • Payments & Cash Management experience is required.
  • Mix of relationship manager and pure sales capabilities (deal hunter).
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment.
  • Expertise in payment systems domestic & international.
  • Proficient with Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

  • Effective team player with leadership qualities based on excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and influence business relationships at all levels of our multicultural organization.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills for pitching, being fluent in German and English (French is beneficial).
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills (able to have an analytical mind to propose effective and customer-oriented solutions).
