The role of innovation is crucial to our corporate strategy aimed at expediting advancements in technologies and business frameworks for the energy transition. As a member of the Innovation Partnership team, you will cultivate connections with global startups and oversee the Innovation Associate Program, which nurtures innovative leaders and tests new solutions. You will guide the program participants and ensure alignment with Siemens Energy's strategic objectives. By acquiring a comprehensive understanding of targeted growth sectors and utilizing your network, you will assist in central initiatives to embed innovation into the business and regional operations. Key Contributions Oversee the organization-wide Innovation Associate Program, encompassing marketing, event coordination, stakeholder engagement, and participant mentoring. Continuously enhance the program to optimize participant experience and organizational impact. Facilitate onboarding and training for participants in the Innovation Partnership model through digital workshops, best practices, and mentorship. Manage and enhance the online training platform for Innovation within Siemens Energy. Formulate and execute an effective positioning strategy and stakeholder engagement plan, involving senior leaders and prospective participants. Establish a robust Innovation Partnership Program for Siemens Energy, effectively communicating the overall value proposition and brand. Collaborate with departments such as R&D, Strategy, HR, Procurement, and Legal to ensure effective design and delivery of the program. Utilize your network and business acumen to define focus areas and stakeholder engagement strategies. Maintain a strong network within the relevant region/business and potentially within the startup ecosystem. Organize campaigns, workshops, and regular interactions to engage with business units and decision-makers, fostering an open environment. Develop and sustain relationships with key internal stakeholders in business units and external partners relevant to focus areas, including strategy and PRM heads, FoA heads, ICS, startups, and more. Actively drive the scaling strategy towards 100 pilots with significant returns per year by contributing specific proposals and insights. Support strategic initiatives, reporting, portfolio assessments, and ad hoc presentations as required. Contribute to the Innovation Partnership strategy and its implementation. Qualifications Several years of experience in Siemens Energy or a comparable organization, with a profound understanding of business strategies and priorities. Experience in innovation and program management with a proven record of successfully designing and implementing programs. Demonstrated success in creating and executing innovation and program management initiatives. Exceptional skills in mentoring team members and fostering relationships with key partners, including startups, internal stakeholders, customers, and ecosystem partners. Strong passion for emerging technologies and change management, focusing on addressing knowledge gaps through external partners like startups and advocating for transformation. Well-versed in the Innovation Partnership Process and its value proposition, with a thorough understanding of internal processes, decision-making, procurement, product management, and influencing technology adoption. Proficient in written and spoken English is essential.
