Work Arrangement: Hybrid model based in Munich
We are seeking a Senior Sales and Partnership Manager to become a vital part of a rapidly growing EduTech startup located in Munich. Following three successful years, the company is entering an exciting growth phase. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the founders to enhance our B2B services and broaden our network of partnerships and collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead B2B sales initiatives and strategies
- Shape and refine business strategies to meet market demands
- Address and resolve partner-related challenges through effective problem-solving
- Drive impactful projects and manage their execution
- Develop strategic partnerships to extend the company's market presence
Your personal and professional development will be prioritized, with opportunities for coaching, leadership roles, and significant career advancement.
Required Qualifications:
- Over 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as management consulting or startups, focusing on B2B sales
- A strong commitment to sustainability and environmental issues
- A degree in economics, natural sciences, or engineering, with a proven track record of academic excellence and practical experience
- Fluency in both German and English at a minimum C1 level
