We are seeking a Senior Sales and Partnership Manager to become a key player in a rapidly growing EduTech startup located in Munich. After three successful years, the company is poised for significant expansion. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the founders to enhance our B2B services and broaden our network of strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead B2B sales initiatives and provide strategic direction.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth.
  • Address partner challenges through effective problem-solving.
  • Manage projects to ensure impactful outcomes.
  • Foster relationships to extend the company's market presence.

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 4 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, such as management consulting or startups, with a focus on B2B sales.
  • A strong commitment to sustainability and environmental issues.
  • A degree in economics, natural sciences, or engineering, with a record of outstanding academic achievement and relevant practical experience.
  • Fluency in both German and English at a minimum C1 level.
