About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and analytical Senior Business Development Manager to join our team in continental Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting Amazon Key products to building managers, building owners, and housing associations, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver Results: Identify strong prospects and form successful commercial relationships with them.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Collect market and customer insights to inform product development and improve customer experience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams.
  • Measure performance, analyze root cause, and link to specific improvement areas.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Extensive experience in business development, account management, ideally in the Prop Tech sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage commercial relationships with mid to large partners.
  • Strong ownership, bias for action.
  • Excellent communications skills and the ability to effectively advise senior leadership.
  • Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goals.
  • Minimum C1 English + German is a MUST.
