Position Overview:

  • As the leader for the Mid Market segment, you will oversee a team dedicated to account management and sales, focusing on both retention and growth. Your leadership will emphasize understanding customer requirements and strategically positioning our offerings for optimal impact.
  • You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that includes strategic account planning, driving significant revenue growth, fostering customer loyalty, and aligning cross-functional initiatives to enhance execution for your clients.
  • Your role involves cultivating strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, acting as their strategic advisor while ensuring internal alignment to achieve objectives.
  • You will be one of five key stakeholders responsible for driving growth in the company's largest region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and implement a growth and retention strategy tailored to the account segment, aligning with national and business priorities while addressing specific segment needs.
  • Establish a strategic account planning framework designed for the segment to enhance product adoption and increase market share, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
  • Lead collaborative efforts across sales, marketing, business analytics, pricing, product development, and other departments to meet client needs and expand the business segment.
  • Promote a consultative sales approach, emphasizing the importance of understanding customer needs and delivering customized solutions that provide value and ensure client success.
  • Guide the team in effective sales methodologies and practices, focusing on strategic account management and operational excellence.
  • Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Oversee operational excellence and refine forecasting processes to improve revenue accuracy and predictability, ensuring both top-down and bottom-up engagement.
  • Foster strong inter-departmental collaboration to ensure seamless customer experiences and efficient fulfillment of client requests.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for customer account management, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of issues.
  • Lead contract negotiations and closures, focusing on creating mutual value for both the client and the organization.
  • Organize and execute B2B events aimed at enhancing brand equity, utilizing client feedback and interactions as strategic opportunities for team development and product enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 15 years in B2B SaaS/Subscription sales and strategic/enterprise account management.
  • At least 5 years in a senior sales management role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects, particularly in a sales environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably Salesforce) and data analytics for informed decision-making.
  • Experience in operational, product, and project management is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the real estate sector is beneficial.
