Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist to join our team at Academic Work GmbH. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying skill gaps in the market and driving the sales cycle from customer acquisition to project implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through customer acquisition and pitching
  • Conduct market analyses to identify areas for growth and improvement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Head of Sales to develop and implement sales plans
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C1) and English (C1)
  • Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
