Sales Development Specialist

Join our team at National Instruments Germany GmbH and embark on a challenging and rewarding career as a Sales Development Engineer. As a key member of our EMEA Sales Development team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
About the Role:- Develop and execute strategies to balance inbound and outbound lead qualification activities, ensuring pipeline generation targets are met.
- Collaborate with Sales Account Managers, Business Development, and Marketing to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Utilize industry and account insight to recommend prospecting activities and connect our value proposition to cold contacts.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members, sharing your expertise and experience.
- Contribute to thought leadership and feedback lessons learned to the Global Sales & Marketing Team.
- Work closely with leadership to shape the future of the global Sales Development team.
- Develop specialized knowledge in our customers' Applications, Trends & Industries.
- Report and forecast business impact, ensuring data-driven decision making.
- Hold an Engineering or MBA background, with excellent German and English language proficiency.
- Be proactive in pursuing sales opportunities and demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Be motivated to provide customers with industry and application insight, and have a genuine desire to accelerate NI's business growth.
