We are currently in search of a Regional Sales Manager - Advanced Wound Care to join our dynamic team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee sales activities within the designated region, focusing on advanced wound care products.
  • Drive market share growth in the region to uphold our leadership position in the advanced wound care market.
  • Lead and mentor a substantial sales team, ensuring both professional and disciplinary guidance.
  • Assist field sales representatives in executing effective sales strategies.
  • Engage in regular travel with team members, providing enthusiastic coaching and support.
  • Analyze market conditions in the region, conducting independent assessments of market trends and key performance indicators.
  • Manage relationships with regional Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
  • Cultivate a positive and motivating team environment, prioritizing employee development.
  • Collaborate closely with the Regional Value Leader and Key Account Team.
  • Report directly to the Head of Sales for Advanced Wound Care.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Extensive experience and a proven track record in sales within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or medical technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing field sales teams.
  • Ambitious and open to new challenges, with a desire for personal growth within the organization.
  • Proficient in engaging with healthcare professionals, specialty retailers, and ideally with home care providers, possessing a relevant network of contacts.
  • Strong understanding of the medical landscape, with preferable experience in advanced wound care.
  • Capable of supporting and developing sales teams through personalized coaching.
  • Knowledgeable about current health policy trends.
  • Dependable, adaptable, and resilient, with expertise in modern sales techniques and promotional strategies.
  • Excellent proficiency in German and good command of English.
  • Skilled in using contemporary software tools.
  • Residing within the specified region.
