We are seeking a Sales Executive for Charging Solutions to play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. In this position, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base in your designated area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage in proactive outreach to identify and connect with potential clients, showcasing Smappee's offerings.
  • Conduct cold calls and follow up on leads to generate interest.
  • Arrange meetings with prospective customers to understand their needs and address their concerns.
  • Evaluate the financial implications of potential partnerships.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of leads to track progress and opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets within specified timeframes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance your technical knowledge.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development within a technical field.
  • Exceptional skills in selling, communication, and negotiation.
  • Demonstrated perseverance and resilience in a sales environment.
  • Ability to thrive in a flexible, independent work setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial spirit with a strong commercial acumen.
  • Fluency in both German and English is required.
