Business Development Leader

CSG Talent is seeking a Business Development Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for spearheading sales growth, forging strategic partnerships, and leading a team of seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead Sales Growth: Identify and develop new sales channels within the automotive landscape, targeting OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers, SMEs, and explore offshoring opportunities in North Africa.
  • Forge Strategic Partnerships: Build strong connections and establish business leads, driving customer acquisition and propelling our company forward.
  • Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of seasoned professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
  • Free Up Strategic Focus: As you take charge of daily operations, our current leader can dedicate their expertise to crafting long-term strategy, creating a powerful synergy.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in German: A non-negotiable, as strong German language skills are crucial for success.
  • Proven Sales Acumen: A track record of exceeding sales targets and building lasting client relationships is a must.
  • Business Development Expertise: Experience in identifying and securing new business opportunities is key.
