About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director Business Development to lead our global automotive sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships in the European market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive business growth in the European market
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive sector
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize sales processes and improve results

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in business development and sales leadership
  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and market trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
