Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director Business Development to lead our global Automotive sales team and drive business growth in the European market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle for key prospects in the Automotive industry in Europe, with a specific focus on the German market.
  • Lead the global Automotive sales team for markets outside Europe, focusing on North America and Asia/India, to develop the sales pipeline and convert prospects into customers.
  • Develop winning industry-specific value propositions with the team to succeed in the market.
  • Identify and represent Cyient in industry-relevant events and networks.
  • Identify potential industry partnerships to enhance Cyient's value proposition in the market.
  • Play an active role in Cyient's Automotive sector strategy development and execution.
