Your Role
Oversee the sales operations and key accounts within your designated area, collaborating closely with the Sales Director for Hygiene Europe to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Assist in the sales processes relevant to the product line.In partnership with the Sales Director for Europe, share responsibility for meeting sales objectives and profitability targets, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring performance in your sales territory and among your clients. Act as a support function for contract negotiations and pricing strategies.Set and modify pricing strategies by analyzing costs, competitive landscape, and market demand under the guidance of the Sales Director for Hygiene Europe.Engage in industry trade shows, customer events, and internal sales discussions.Facilitate the preparation of sales documentation, presentations, and reporting.Your Qualifications
Ideally, some experience in sales or customer service, particularly within the hygiene sector, including marketing exposure.Strong change management capabilities.Excellent analytical and preferably technical skills, along with problem-solving expertise.Proactive and solution-oriented approach.Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional European languages considered an advantage.Willingness to travel frequently, exceeding 30% of the time.What We Offer
