Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at RKW Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the sales and key accounts of our responsibility in Eastern Europe, working closely with the Sales Director Hygiene Europe to ensure and improve the existing business and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Key Account Management
    • Manage the sales and key accounts of our responsibility in Eastern Europe, ensuring and improving the existing business and customer satisfaction.
    • Support the sales processes within the product area, providing input to the head of back office to optimize the back office process.
  • Sales Target Achievement
    • Work together with the Sales Director Europe to achieve the sales targets and profitability, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling of the sales area and customers.
    • Support functions for contracts, negotiations with customers, and responsible for pricing.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning
    • Establish and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
    • Participate in trade fairs, customer events, and internal sales meetings.
  • Support Functions
    • Support the sales documentation, presentation, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • First experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the hygiene industry and including marketing.
  • Skills
    • Good change management skills.
    • Good analytical and ideally technical skills as well as problem-solving abilities.
    • Solution-oriented and pragmatic drive for action.
    • Very good English speaking skills, every other European language is a plus.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Willingness to travel more than 30%.
