About You

  • You hold a completed degree or a commercial vocational training with corresponding further education
  • You can demonstrate several years of experience in the retail sector or first decentralized leadership experience
  • You convince through customer friendliness, commercial thinking and acting, as well as high performance willingness, flexibility and resilience
  • You are a sales personality and can act independently and self-motivated
  • Your top priority is the economic success and the well-being of your employees

Your Responsibilities

  • As a Sales Manager, you are responsible for the full result, sales, cost, and inventory responsibility for your own area.
  • You are responsible for the full personnel responsibility for all positions within the store team as well as the guarantee of a team-oriented employee leadership in your area of responsibility.
  • You are responsible for the initiation and implementation of employee training and the control of personnel deployment planning.
  • You are also responsible for the implementation of sales concepts, including training of sales teams.
  • The control of inventory, inventory movements, and action planning also fall within your area of responsibility.
  • You will also be responsible for controlling and implementing all relevant revision tasks.
