About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director to lead our Commercial Insurance Germany team in the North region. As a Regional Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing strategic plans, and leading a team of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and trends
  • Manage and optimize the regional sales and distribution network
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze business performance and provide insights to inform business decisions

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the commercial insurance market
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the insurance industry
  • Fluent German and English language skills
