Regional Manager for Broker Distribution in Northern Germany

Your Responsibilities
As a Regional Manager, you will serve as the primary representative for our brokers within the 'Commercial Insurance Germany' division, focusing on industrial and mid-market clients in the Northern and Western regions. Alongside overseeing the regional office, you will be tasked with the professional and managerial oversight of your team members or broker consultants located in various offices:
- Collaborating with your team to identify initiatives, such as sales strategies or events, aimed at advancing our strategic growth sectors and executing them effectively.
- Developing cross-segment broker management for the portfolio under your purview and enhancing internal coordination and communication processes, particularly with local underwriting and segment leaders.
- Guiding and assessing the execution of broker-specific sales initiatives.
- Fostering team unity and collaboration within and across regional decentralized teams through various team-building activities and events.
Your Qualifications

- Extensive experience in operational corporate client business and a comprehensive understanding of key industry sectors, supported by a commercial education or degree.
- Exceptional insight into the broker market and the capability to cultivate enduring broker relationships as a seasoned networker.
- Serving as a role model and mentor, actively participating in transformative processes.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and superior communication and negotiation skills, demonstrated in interactions with senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in both German and English, with solid skills in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
