Key Account Manager DACH

We are Sinch, a leading provider of mobile engagement solutions, and we are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, including developing and implementing strategic account plans to facilitate product expansion and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales Engineers, Project and Product Managers, Support teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Regularly meet clients, attend industry relevant events, and monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain and update internal CRM systems, providing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, telecommunications or related field.
- Proven track record of at least 7 years of key account management or sales, preferably within relevant industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to conceptualize the technical and commercial values of our offering.
- Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
