About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Munich, responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts in the DACH region. As a Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, fostering strong relationships and driving account growth through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, profitability, and growth
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to facilitate product expansion and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers, Project and Product Managers, Support teams to deliver tailored solutions and ensure a seamless client experience
  • Maintain and update internal CRM systems, providing accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management
  • Regularly meet clients, attend industry relevant events, and monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, telecommunications or related field
  • Proven track record of at least 7 years of key account management or sales, preferably within relevant industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with an ability to conceptualize the technical and commercial values of our offering
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently
  • Fluency in German and English is required
  • Willingness to travel on demand
