Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Sales Manager EMEA, der unsere Netzwerktechnik-Produkte auf dem internationalen Markt erfolgreich vermarkten kann. Als Teil unseres Erfolgsteams werden Sie eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer Vertriebsstrategien spielen.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Strukturierter Auf- und Ausbau unseres weltweiten Partnervertriebs, einschließlich der Weiterentwicklung bestehender Channel-Strukturen und -Strategien
  • Globale Vermarktung unserer hochmodernen optischen DWDM-Lösungen durch bestehende und neu gewonnene Vertriebspartner
  • Verantwortung für die Auswahl und Akquise neuer Vertriebspartner in EMEA
  • Gemeinsame Akquisition und Betreuung von Key Accounts im Rahmen unseres Direct-Touch-Vertriebsmodells, in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Partnern
  • Übernahme von Umsatz- und Deckungsbeitragsverantwortung
  • Präsentation unseres WDM-Produktportfolios und Unterstützung unserer Vertriebspartner bei der Vermarktung
  • Durchführung von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen
Dein Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. im Bereich Elektrotechnik mit Schwerpunkt Nachrichtentechnik, Betriebswirtschaft, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder -ingenieurwesen)
  • Du besitzt Fachkenntnisse und vertriebliche Erfahrung in den Bereichen Netzwerk- und Übertragungstechnik, idealerweise in der WDM-Technologie
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im internationalen B2B-Vertrieb von Kommunikationsinfrastrukturlösungen sowie eine damit einhergehende hohe Reisebereitschaft bringst du mit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus
  • Exzellente Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie ein souveränes Auftreten gehören zu deinen Stärken
  • Ein nachweislich vorhandenes, international verteiltes Partner- und Kundenkontaktnetzwerk auf Entscheiderebene ist ein Plus
