Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our medical division. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding business in your local market. You will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Acquire new businesses and further develop our B2B client base across different medical goods segments
  • Proactively develop sales opportunities and identify new business potential
  • Draft, conceptualize, and share new sales campaigns and ideas within our growing team
  • Establish and maintain a high sales call volume with Director, Vice President, and C-Level executives
  • Meet prospective clients for presentations and actively organize speaking opportunities (occasional travel required)
Requirements
  • 5 years professional experience in medical & pharma sales, outbound B2B sales, and acquiring new business
  • Native speaker in the respective target language
  • Competitive sales nature with a desire to win
  • Extroverted, smart, and professional character with an ability to put yourself in your customers' shoes
  • Able to negotiate with Corporate or Director level employees
  • Desire to be part of a rapidly expanding business
  • Valid German residence and work permit holder preferred
