The ideal candidate will have a profound knowledge of both artificial intelligence and biopharmaceutical innovation, particularly in ADCs, to spearhead our efforts in implementing AI-enhanced methodologies for drug discovery, design, and development. This position requires strategic foresight, the execution of AI solutions, and collaboration with diverse teams to achieve pioneering advancements in ADC research.
Your ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategic plans for the incorporation of AI technologies in drug discovery processes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions in ADC development.
- Utilizing expertise in AI and machine learning to enhance drug design and development methodologies.
- Ensuring compliance with biopharmaceutical R&D standards, particularly in oncology and targeted therapies.
- Communicating complex concepts effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Upholding AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory compliance in healthcare and pharmaceutical contexts.
- Exhibiting strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities to solve complex challenges.
- Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with a significant emphasis on AI applications in biopharmaceuticals.
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging AI and machine learning within drug discovery and development, with a particular focus on ADCs.
- Solid foundation in data science, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and algorithm development.
- Comprehensive understanding of biopharmaceutical research and development processes.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary environments and articulate complex ideas effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory frameworks in the healthcare sector.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity for innovative and strategic thinking.
