**Your mission**:

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of our current ADC development processes to identify opportunities for AI integration.
- Design and implement AI strategies tailored to enhance ADC discovery and optimization, including antibody engineering, conjugation techniques, and payload optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including biologists, chemists, data scientists, and software engineers, to develop and deploy AI models that accelerate ADC development cycles.
- Lead the evaluation and selection of AI tools and technologies that align with our ADC development goals.
- Facilitate the integration of AI-driven predictive analytics and machine learning models into the ADC development workflow to improve decision-making and efficiency.
- Monitor advancements in AI and biopharmaceuticals to keep our strategies and technologies at the cutting edge.
- Develop training programs and materials to upskill our team in the use of AI tools and methodologies within the ADC development context.

**Your profile**:

- Advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer
- Strong foundation in data science, including statistics, predictive modeling, and algorithm development.
- Familiarity with biopharmaceutical R&D processes, particularly in oncology or targeted therapies.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Deep understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and regulatory standards in the context of healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
