Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Logistics Business Development Manager to join our team in Frankfurt. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the renewable energy and capital projects sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Qualify and generate new business opportunities with a focus on renewable energy and capital projects
  • Assist in designing the strategy for regional development of EPCs, renewable customers, and project owners
  • Monitor and implement the strategy agreed with the project logistics head office
  • Attend customer events, exhibitions, and meetings to deliver presentations about our industry solutions
  • Own and support RFI's and RFQ's, ensuring bids are completed
  • Create new tailor-made products to increase market share
  • Elaborate and propose future budgets to headquarters on commercial opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven record of international business development success
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and project logistics market, as well as freight forwarding experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and turn their requirements into business opportunities
  • Strong team leadership and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work extended trips
