Job Overview

As a dynamic IT enterprise based in Karlsruhe, Germany, we specialize in developing customized systems for air traffic control authorities worldwide. Our contributions to flight security are evident in our operations across over 80 countries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and drive sales initiatives in collaboration with Regional Sales Units to achieve order intake objectives.
  • Formulate and execute strategic sales plans targeting key markets and accounts.
  • Take charge of deal acquisition as the Pursuit Responsible, supported by bid managers, product managers, and engineering teams.
  • Analyze and comprehend customers' commercial, operational, and technological challenges with assistance from our Solutions Consultant.
  • Establish and nurture a network of relationships with clients, local partners, and significant stakeholders in the aviation sector.
  • Maintain accurate status reports in our CRM and communicate with relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Adhere to company processes and policies.
  • Willingness to travel internationally (30%).
Qualifications
  • Degree or equivalent, ideally in Science, Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing & Sales.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in complex technical product sales and understanding of regulated public procurement in aviation, defense, or public infrastructure.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record in negotiation and closing deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for delivering persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Capability to swiftly learn and apply technical product knowledge across various client situations.
  • In-depth understanding of the global ATM and surveillance market.
