Key Responsibilities
- Lead and drive sales initiatives in collaboration with Regional Sales Units to achieve order intake objectives.
- Formulate and execute strategic sales plans targeting key markets and accounts.
- Take charge of deal acquisition as the Pursuit Responsible, supported by bid managers, product managers, and engineering teams.
- Analyze and comprehend customers' commercial, operational, and technological challenges with assistance from our Solutions Consultant.
- Establish and nurture a network of relationships with clients, local partners, and significant stakeholders in the aviation sector.
- Maintain accurate status reports in our CRM and communicate with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to company processes and policies.
- Willingness to travel internationally (30%).
- Degree or equivalent, ideally in Science, Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing & Sales.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in complex technical product sales and understanding of regulated public procurement in aviation, defense, or public infrastructure.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
- Proven track record in negotiation and closing deals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for delivering persuasive presentations and proposals.
- Capability to swiftly learn and apply technical product knowledge across various client situations.
- In-depth understanding of the global ATM and surveillance market.
