Air Traffic Control Sales Specialist

As a Sales Manager for our Aviation Solutions, you will be responsible for driving sales activities and delivering the order intake target. You will work closely with Regional Sales Units to design and implement strategic sales plans for key markets and target accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively drive sales activities to deliver the order intake target
- Design and implement strategic sales plans for key markets and target accounts
- Capture and close deals as Pursuit Responsible, with support from bid managers, Product Manager, and engineering
- Understand customers' commercial, operational, and technological challenges and opportunities with support from Solutions Consultants
- Build and maintain a network of relationships with customers, local partners, and other key stakeholders in the aviation community
- Maintain an up-to-date status reporting in our CRM and report to relevant internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company processes and policies
- Willingness to travel worldwide (30%)
- Degree or equivalent, preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing & Sales
- 3 years of experience in complex technical product sales and regulated public procurement rules in aviation, defense, or public infrastructure
- Outstanding customer relationship skills
- Demonstrated track record as a negotiator and deal closer
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals
- Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product know-how at all stages and client situations
- Profound knowledge of the global ATM and surveillance market
