Job Title: Domain Sales Manager

Are you ready to take off and join a dynamic team at Frequentis Comsoft, a leading provider of air traffic control solutions? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Domain Sales Manager to drive our sales activities and deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively drive sales activities, collaborating with Regional Sales Units to achieve order intake targets.
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans for key markets and target accounts.
  • Capture and close deals as Pursuit Responsible, with support from bid managers, Product Manager, and engineering.
  • Understand customers' commercial, operational, and technological challenges and opportunities, with support from Solutions Consultants.
  • Build and maintain a network of relationships with customers, local partners, and other key stakeholders in the aviation community.
  • Maintain up-to-date status reporting in our CRM and report to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and policies.
  • Be willing to travel worldwide (30%).
Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent, preferably in Science, Engineering, Business Management, or Marketing & Sales.
  • 3 years of experience in complex technical product sales and regulated public procurement rules in aviation, defense, or public infrastructure.
  • Outstanding customer relationship skills.
  • Demonstrated track record as a negotiator and deal closer.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply technical product know-how at all stages and client situations.
  • Profound knowledge of the global ATM and surveillance market.
