Position Overview:

The Configuration Specialist - Production plays a crucial role in ensuring the precise and current configuration of our innovative aircraft. This position requires collaboration with key teams, including Quality, Production, and Methods and Tools, to maintain the integrity of our change control processes.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the configuration management of various aircraft models, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Facilitate effective communication among cross-functional teams to support configuration control.
  • Assist in the documentation and release processes within our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system.
  • Provide support to Quality and Production teams in maintaining configuration standards.
  • Utilize your expertise in configuration management to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in configuration management.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in production.
  • Experience in the Aviation or Automotive sectors, particularly in configuration management.
  • Familiarity with production environments and processes.
  • Proficiency with PLM tools such as Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, including SAP and Microsoft tools.
  • Experience with EASA or similar industry-standard audit processes.
  • Strong command of the English language.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
