About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Management Executive to lead our fleet management teams at Wolt. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth, cost savings, and compliance across our fleet operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of fleet managers, driving growth, cost savings, and compliance
  • Select and onboard new fleet managers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and expertise to succeed
  • Develop and implement scalable and effective processes to drive fleet manager success, satisfaction, and performance
  • Align with all departments to ensure smooth operation, including gear management, performance, accounting, and legal
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with the wider courier acquisition team on various projects to drive business success

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and grow teams
  • Proven ability to build scalable and highly effective processes
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, German is an advantage
  • University degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business (minimum Bachelor, Master preferred)
  • Service-oriented, efficient, and assertive communicator
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple tasks at once
  • Flexible and open to work on projects from start to finish
