We are seeking a Senior Fleet Operations Manager to oversee the safety, compliance, availability, and cost-effectiveness of our fleet within a designated sub-region of Germany. This role is pivotal in executing the team's strategy and applying best practices across the fleet organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess Fleet Safety: Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and comply with local regulations through regular audits and feedback to leadership.
- Support Product Launches: Facilitate the introduction of products and programs in the German subregion, leveraging strong operational knowledge and market conditions.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work tactically with various internal and external stakeholders to address operational needs, demonstrating negotiation and influence skills.
- Manage Vehicle Availability: Utilize technical expertise to balance cost, quality, and speed, escalating issues to leadership as necessary.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proven background in logistics or operations
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to navigate diverse organizational cultures and management levels
- Capability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on accuracy and detail
