Sales Manager Intermodal

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager Intermodal to become a vital part of our organization. In this position, you will play a key role in attracting new clients for our Rail-Flow offerings. Your primary responsibilities will encompass lead generation, facilitating client meetings, crafting proposals, and overseeing customer accounts. Furthermore, you will engage in sales strategy, product innovation, and partnership cultivation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify leads through diverse acquisition strategies.
  • Conduct client meetings and showcase product demonstrations.
  • Develop proposals and finalize client agreements.
  • Recognize cross-selling prospects and manage client accounts effectively.
  • Pursue new clientele and enhance existing product lines.
  • Establish partnerships to broaden market presence.
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B software sales.
  • Excellent teamwork, negotiation, and motivation skills.
  • Proven ability to foster and sustain client relationships.
  • Familiarity with intermodal logistics is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both German and English.
