Sales Manager - Intermodal Sector

We are seeking a Sales Manager specializing in the intermodal sector to enhance our team. In this position, you will focus on acquiring new clientele for our innovative Rail-Flow offerings. Your primary responsibilities will encompass lead generation, conducting client meetings, drafting proposals, and overseeing customer accounts. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in sales strategy, product innovation, and partnership cultivation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through diverse acquisition strategies.
  • Facilitate client meetings and showcase product demonstrations.
  • Draft proposals and finalize customer agreements.
  • Recognize cross-selling prospects and manage existing customer accounts.
  • Pursue new client opportunities and enhance current product offerings.
  • Establish partnerships to broaden market presence.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B software sales.
  • Exceptional teamwork, negotiation abilities, and self-motivation.
  • Proven capability to foster and sustain customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with intermodal logistics is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both German and English is required.
