Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Ensure client satisfaction within the HR domain by coordinating IT initiatives.
  • Comprehend client requirements and HR operational workflows.
  • Align IT strategies with HR objectives and supervise IT services related to HR.
  • Support quality assurance processes in HR-related projects.
  • Facilitate workshops and provide assistance in HR-focused initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and IT systems, preferably SAP.
  • Proven experience in project management and IT service delivery.
  • Organized work style with a readiness to embrace new technologies.
  • Proficient in English.
