Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Guarantee client satisfaction within the HR domain by managing IT projects effectively.
  • Comprehend client requirements and HR operational workflows.
  • Align IT strategies with HR objectives and supervise IT services in the HR context.
  • Support quality assurance processes in HR-related projects.
  • Facilitate workshops and contribute to HR-specific initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and IT, ideally with SAP knowledge.
  • Proven experience in project management and IT service management.
  • Organized work style with a readiness to adapt to new technologies.
  • Proficient in English.
