Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and nurture customer relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction within the HR domain by coordinating IT initiatives.
  • Comprehend client requirements and HR operational processes.
  • Align IT strategies with HR objectives and supervise IT services in the HR context.
  • Support quality assurance efforts in HR-related projects.
  • Facilitate workshops and contribute to HR-specific initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and IT, ideally with SAP knowledge.
  • Proven experience in project management and IT service management.
  • Methodical work style with adaptability to new applications.
  • Proficiency in English.
