Events & Creative Manager (f/d/m) - Brand Experience Specialist

HV Capital Manager GmbH is seeking a highly skilled Events & Creative Manager (f/d/m) to join our team in Berlin. As a key member of our Marketing and Communications department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive events strategy that showcases our brand and drives engagement with our stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvents Management
Develop and implement a holistic events framework that encompasses internal and external events, including conferences, product launches, and networking sessions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute events that align with our business objectives and brand strategy.
Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment.
Creative Development
Design and develop innovative event formats that create brand awareness, drive engagement, and unlock conversion.
Work closely with our creative agency to develop a strong brand voice and visual identity.
Brand Management
Ensure consistent branding across all events and marketing materials.
Develop and maintain a uniform branding style guide.
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain relationships with event partners, vendors, and stakeholders.
Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective event execution.
Communication
Develop and disseminate event content to our internal and external audiences.
Collaborate with our Communications team to share event highlights and key takeaways.
Requirements
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in event management, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in event management software and tools.
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in the venture capital or private equity industry.
- Knowledge of branding and marketing principles.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative event concepts.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
