As a key member of our Software Engineering team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the tech industry by leveraging your exceptional networking skills to build relationships and acquire new projects.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities, collaborating with the tech team to align strategies with our goals, and building and nurturing relationships with key players in the tech industry.
As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for networking and project acquisition, ensuring alignment with the tech team's objectives and growth targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key players in the tech industry, including startups, enterprise companies, and other potential partners or clients.
- Proactively identify potential project opportunities, facilitate connections between stakeholders and Project A's experts to discuss scope and timelines, ultimately guiding these discussions towards the successful closure of deals.
- Work closely with the software engineering and product team to understand their capabilities and capacities, ensuring project acquisitions align with internal expertise and resources.
- Apply your understanding of the tech industry to not only bring in new projects but also advise our clients on strategic directions based on market trends.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Project A at industry events, conferences, and meetups, elevating our presence and visibility within the tech ecosystem.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, client relations, or a related role within the tech industry.
- Demonstrable experience in strategic networking, project acquisition, and having a brand ambassador mindset with the enthusiasm to elevate Project A's presence and recognition in the tech community.
- Deep understanding of the tech industry landscape, including knowledge of startups, enterprise-level companies, and current market trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for identifying opportunities and driving them to completion.
- Business proficiency in German and English language.
Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
