Your Role

Pallit is seeking a full-time Senior Online Shop Manager (d/f/m) to enhance our Shop Team. We operate across 9 countries and in 5 languages, providing affordable pallet trucks, stackers, and forklifts tailored for small and medium-sized enterprises.

About Our Shop Team:
  • Cross-functional: Our team consists of seven professionals, including developers, designers, marketers, editors, and a product owner.
  • Agile: We follow Scrum methodology with two-week sprints, regular planning sessions, and refinements. Daily standups and Slack keep us aligned, while quarterly OKRs guide our objectives.
  • Remote: Our team is distributed across four European countries, with some members working fully remotely.
  • Lean: We maintain minimal management overhead, fostering a high level of trust and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
Responsibilities of the Shop Manager:
  • Continuously optimize product detail pages, categories, and other content in German, focusing on wording, numbers, images, and videos.
  • Regularly introduce new products and create additional pages.
  • Assist in the launch of new markets.
  • Oversee AI tools, content creators, and translators to develop and refine content across all languages.
  • Generate and manage improvement tickets for personal and team projects.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including SEA, SEO, PR, and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the product owner, designer, and developer to implement new features, from ideation through to monitoring.
Your Profile:
  • A minimum of 4 years of solid experience in product or shop management.
  • Background in an agile e-commerce setting, preferably in B2B.
  • Proficiency with Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, or similar platforms.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
  • Strong organizational skills, marketing acumen, and analytical thinking.
  • Attention to detail, a passion for precision, and a keen eye for aesthetics in writing and web design.
  • A drive to deliver continuous value with a focus on growth.
  • Fluency in English and German is essential.
  • Must reside in a European Union country.
  • Experience in performance marketing, fluency in French, Italian, or Dutch, and basic SQL skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
