About Our Shop Team:- Cross-functional: Our team consists of seven professionals, including developers, designers, marketers, editors, and a product owner.
- Agile: We follow Scrum methodologies with two-week sprints, planning sessions, and refinements. Daily standups and Slack communications keep us aligned, while quarterly OKRs guide our objectives.
- Remote: Our team is spread across four European nations, with some members working entirely remotely.
- Lean: We maintain minimal management layers, fostering a high-trust environment that encourages continuous learning and growth.
- Continuously enhance product detail pages, categories, and other content pages in German through optimization of text, images, and videos.
- Regularly introduce new products and create additional pages.
- Assist in the launch of new markets.
- Oversee AI tools, content creators, and translators to produce and refine content across all languages.
- Generate and propose new initiatives for personal and team improvement.
- Support marketing strategies including SEA, SEO, PR, and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with the product owner, designer, and developer to implement new features, overseeing the process from ideation to monitoring.
- A minimum of 4 years of solid experience in product or shop management.
- Background in an agile e-commerce setting, preferably in B2B.
- Proficiency with tools such as Shopify, Google Analytics, and Google Sheets.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required.
- Highly organized with a strong marketing acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Attention to detail, a passion for precision, and a keen eye for aesthetics in writing and web design.
- A commitment to delivering value with a growth-oriented, lean mindset.
- Fluency in both English and German is essential.
- Residency in a European Union country is required.
- Additional skills that are advantageous but not mandatory include experience in performance marketing, fluency in French, Italian, or Dutch, and basic SQL knowledge.
