As we broaden our reach beyond Germany, we are seeking a committed Customer Success Manager to contribute to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitating the onboarding process for new clients and nurturing relationships with current clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the existing Customer Success team to optimize operational workflows.
- Utilizing software tools to improve service delivery.
- Assessing, conceptualizing, and refining Customer Success methodologies.
- Collecting insights through focus groups to foster product development.
- Working closely with company founders and seasoned team members.
- Proven ability to operate autonomously with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities in both German and English.
- Methodical approach to tasks and problem resolution.
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success within a software firm or startup environment.
- A vibrant startup atmosphere.
