Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Content and Communications Expert to enhance our growth through effective content channels. This role will focus on building and scaling a robust content marketing function while establishing a strong brand presence in the realm of effective work and data visualization.

If you excel at crafting and disseminating compelling narratives, this position presents an exciting opportunity to significantly influence our brand's story, boost customer engagement, and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business objectives, collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing and a team of stakeholders.
  • Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content across various platforms, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, newsletters, and websites.
  • Utilize strong business insight, a thorough understanding of customer needs, and in-depth product knowledge to produce top-tier content for target audiences.
  • Design and implement communication plans while maintaining a content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content distribution.
  • Ensure brand messaging and tone are consistent across all communication channels, developing and upholding general communication guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to generate engaging and informative content that resonates with our audience, including researching customer needs and relevant industry topics.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance engagement.
  • Align with stakeholders and the marketing team on the content development roadmap and priorities.

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in content creation, brand marketing, communications, or a related field, ideally within a B2B context.
  • Exceptional writing and editorial skills with a strong attention to detail. We welcome examples of your published work.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
  • A passion for producing informative, engaging, and persuasive content.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to effectively communicate the value of think-cell to diverse audiences.
  • A solid understanding of content marketing principles and SEO best practices.
  • Experience in translating and localizing content.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • A good grasp of customer workflows and challenges related to data-driven PowerPoint chart creation, ideally informed by personal experience with think-cell or similar tools.
