Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Manager of Content Partnerships to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our collaborations with content creators and publishers across Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with third-party content providers, including podcast producers and media agencies, to strengthen our position as a premier content partner.
  • Facilitate negotiations for the production of original content, collaborating closely with various internal departments such as Content, Legal, and Marketing.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for third-party shows, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new content partners, addressing inquiries and maintaining regular updates on performance metrics.
  • Identify and address strategic challenges that may hinder our operational goals.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to inform our strategic initiatives and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with global teams to prepare essential documentation and financial assessments.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content acquisition, licensing, or business development.
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across diverse teams.
  • Sound business acumen with a strategic mindset.
  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.

  • In-depth knowledge of the podcast and audio entertainment landscape in the DACH region.
  • Experience in content acquisition within the audio or entertainment sectors.
