Role Overview
We are seeking a talented content and communications expert to enhance our growth through effective content channels. This role is pivotal in building and scaling our content marketing function, as well as establishing a robust brand presence in the realm of effective work and data visualization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our organizational objectives, collaborating closely with the VP of Marketing and stakeholders.
- Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content across various platforms, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, newsletters, and websites.
- Leverage strong business insight and a thorough understanding of customer needs to produce exceptional content tailored to target audiences.
- Design and implement communication plans while maintaining a content calendar for timely and relevant content distribution.
- Ensure brand messaging consistency and tone across all communication channels, establishing and upholding general communication guidelines.
- Work with a diverse range of stakeholders to create compelling content that resonates with our audience, including researching customer needs and relevant industry topics.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and enhance engagement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and the marketing team on the content development roadmap and priorities.
Your Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in content, brand marketing, communications, or a related field, ideally within a B2B context.
- Outstanding written communication and editorial skills, with a strong attention to detail. We welcome examples of your published work.
- Fluency in both English and German.
- A genuine passion for creating informative, engaging, and persuasive content.
- Strong business acumen, capable of effectively conveying think-cell's value to diverse audiences.
- Solid understanding of content marketing principles and SEO best practices.
- Experience in translating and localizing content.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- A good grasp of customer workflows and challenges related to data-driven PowerPoint chart creation, ideally with experience using think-cell or similar tools.
