About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Content and Communications Specialist to join our team at think-cell Software GmbH. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a content strategy that drives business growth and engagement.

  • Create high-quality content for various platforms, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, newsletters, and websites.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce compelling and informative content that resonates with our target audience.

  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement.

  • Align with stakeholders and marketing team on content development roadmap and priorities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content, brand marketing, communications or a similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.

  • Exceptional written communication and editorial skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in English and German.

  • Passion for creating content that is informative, engaging, and persuasive.

  • Strong business acumen – with ability to effectively communicate think-cell value to various target audiences.

  • Strong understanding of content marketing principles and SEO best practices.

  • Experience translating and localizing content.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
