Sales Development Manager

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? Do you have a passion for driving sales growth and developing high-performing teams? We're seeking an experienced Sales Development Manager to join our EMEA team at Remote, a global HR EOR platform.
About the RoleAs a Sales Development Manager at Remote, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve outbound pipeline generation goals. You'll develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve process efficiency, and enhance team performance. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us expand our customer base and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Coach and develop SDRs to reach their full potential
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive pipeline growth
- Collaborate with regional Sales Directors and Marketing teams to improve sales pipeline quality and quantity
- Partner with Marketing to deliver feedback on MQL quality and new campaign ideas
- Regularly report on key individual and team metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Hire and onboard new SDRs
